 Personalized Autism Education Assistance

Academic & Individual Mentoring Services helps your child prepare an action plan to determine what his goals are and create steps toward reaching them. During this process, we also determine and explain what his strengths and needs are—we want your child to truly know himself and be able to identify his unique talents. This is vital toward successful secondary education and career planning.

IEP
Our IEP, or individual educational program assistance, is designed to help families maximize the educational process, ensuring that the appropriate transition services are requested for your child. In addition, IEP consultation  ensures that your child's needs have been presented in such a way that they are prepared for both an appropriate secondary education and a suitable career. We are available to accompany you to IEP meetings. We hold Pennsylvania Level II certifications as both a regular and a special education teacher.

Autism Awareness/Inservice Programs

We are available to present programs to your group or school district to further the understanding of the characteristics and needs of students and young adults on the autism spectrum.

Consulting services  can be provided to organizations and businesses interested in issues that are related to autism spectrum characteristics. Contact Cynthia Wirth at Academic & Individual Mentoring Services, LLC for fees and scheduling.

Join us at Barnes and Noble's the third Tuesday of the month (October 18th,2011)  to discuss topics of interest to the college student and his family. Location: Chemical Road,Plymouth Meeting Metroplex near DSW shoes. Time 7PM.
